Exchange 2000 does make a difference. It did not work for me eiither in my X5. The messages are displayed in a popup window, which doesn't work in PIE.

It bit the bullet and got Netfront. It does the job I want it to. It can open the OWA messages in new windows...

I have been using OWA on my plain old Pocket Internet Explorer on my Dell Axim X5 Advanced with Linksys WCF54G CF II WiFi adapter for a month now. After I logged onto OWA once, it never asked me for my user name and password again. I've used it in my home office wireless LAN and I have been able to access OWA via T-Mobile HotSpots with no problems. I've also been able to access OWA via the passthrough connection when my Axim sits in the cradle.

Unfortunately for me, my company refuses to implement Mobile ActiveSync or IMAP on our Exchange server, so I depend heavily on OWA on my Pocket PC when I'm on the road.

I receive my emails every 10min from one of my exchange servers completely FREE, virtually anywhere in the world :D i love my axim!

i also do have the problem with OWA. I do remember i used to be able to access it, but nowadays, i cannot. I not sure whether any of the ROM updates have had anything to do with it but i think it may well do as it was around the time i installed one of the updates.

This isnt a big deal for me though as i use PocketInbox and works great. I hope WM05 will adress the issue tho.

For those that do have this problem, why not use pocketinbox?
