Connecting to outlook via Async

I've probably already screwed this up a little, but here goes...

I've got my laptop at work connecting to an exchange server. This laptop connects to my axim via a P2P network.
I have an active sync link established, but it wont sync any of my outlook stuff, saying it can't find the exchange server.

I just want it to sync with my outlook on my laptop, grab recent emails, contacts, calendar, etc.

What am I doing wrong?

Just got finished reading through a lot of tutorials

maybe my axim is syncing with my desktop PC at home for email and outlook stuff?

A tutorial said that it can only grab one if I didn't indicated I would be using 2 pc's. I imagine that I did indicate I would use 2 PC's though.

If this is the case, do I need to do a hard reset?
I've basically got everything else working, file sync, remote desktop, all works
I just want email and contacts!
