IE Problem. Pages not displayed and Language Default Character Set all missing

I did a tracert and I can access the website on the internet.

However, I cannot display the pages. The window icon would animate for a while at the top right hand corner. Then disappear and nothing happens.

The page remains blank.

I went to Option -> Language, Default Character Set. There isn't any entry in the list for me to pick.

Somethings wrong.

- How to get back the Character List, May be that's affecting the page display ?

Got this resolved. Just uninstall CE-Star and reinstall. Thanks for reading.
