I currently use 1-Pass from Omega, and I'm quite happy with it.
You can unlock your device either though a numerical code that you type on the screen or through a code that you enter by pressing the hardware buttons on your device in a specific order (defined by you of course). It's quite fast.
You can also choose after how many minutes the device will be locked (either because it's been inactive or because you have shut it down).
When locked, the screen can show different information that you can choose in the settings: analog or digital clock, date, owner name, mail, address, ...
And you can change the skin of the locked screen :approve:
