MSN not working & Rogers E-mail help.

I tried connecting to MSN, however I got the "Service Temporarily Unavailable" error. (the msn works on my desktop).

My other problem is setting up my e-mail. I'm with rogers and when I follow the pop3 instructions and such it doesn't recieve and send e-mail, anyone with rogers got it to work?
Pop3 : pop.broadband.rogers.com
SMTP : smtp.broadband.rogers.com
Domain : rogers

outgoing mail requires SMTP authentication.

Do not set Domain to rogers..

I got mine working..

I connect to Rogers no problem. I use the same settings with the exception of the domain name.
