X50mix volume cut out

I was playing with the x50mix program with a set of headphones connected. I noticed if I put it real load that the volume cut out. I looked everywhere on the X50 for a setting to disable 'ear blowing safety'. I know some walkmans have this feature. Can someone tell me why the volume is cutting out if I put it to max? (which really isn't that loud btw)

thx

Try changing the headphone boost level, -when I set it to the middle I can't listen to the music at the lowest volume level , so loud it is..
