SD Card hard to insert / remove
Just wondering, has anyone else noticed that the SD card is rather difficult to insert or remove without using something so push it in (such as the non stylus end of the stylus or another SD card)?
I used to have an iPAQ h2210 and I don't rememer having such an issue with this.
I find a bit of an inconvienience, especially when I want to use the SD from the PDA in the card reader to update my files.

I haven't noticed any problems. Mine slips in and out quite easily.

Mine isn't too difficult to remove and replace. It often requires a little finger nail action, though! :)

Thats more what I'm refering to - that you have to push the card down quite a bit to come out. Same thing when inserting the card.

Yep! My CF card it tight and I use my nail to release it. Once and only once I was able to release it by pushing down.....what a tease.

That's because there is a little spring action going on in there. To remove it you have to push it down til it contacts the spring, then it pops up a little , making it easier to pull out. It is working as it should.

I'm not doubting that it's not working as it should - just that its difficult to get it to 'lock in' or 'push to eject'.

Make sure you haven't got any dirt on the card or if a card was not in the slot maybe some dirt got down into the slot...I would try blowing it out iether with can of compressed air or the ole mouth and straw trick.

I don't have any problems pushing down to insert and release the SD card. I suppose it would be a problem for someone with big stumping fingers
