Question : <rotate>

I like to read in landscape and use portrait for everything else.
I setup a button to use the command in button setup.

It only rotates anti-clockwise 90 degrees, then clockwise 90 deg.

Is there any way to make ot rotate clockwise, then anticlockwise ?

Reg hack maybe ?

Or better still I'd like an app which allows me to have buttons change function depending on what app is running.

I wish dell had put a button on the right hand side to use as a modifier, like a shift key.

SPB PocketPlus will let you rotate it the other way. As to doing it only in certain programs - I'm not sure about that. You could set up batch files to do it - using something like MortRunner if it supports it.

MortRunner will support rotation in the upcoming version.
But maybe MortButtons might help here, too. There's both a rotation entry and a "rotate on program launch" option.

The button will use whichever landscape rotation you last picked in Settings/System/Screen -- if the last landscape setting you selected there was right-hand, the button will toggle between portrait and right-hand landscape. Otherwise it will toggle between portrait and left-hand landscape.

This is correct. I use this method to setup mine and have no problem at all.
