.Net framework installation help!

I am tried to load up wifigraph, and it requires .net frame work to be installed first. SO I install .net CF 2.0 and its on the x50v as a folder but the folder contains nothing in it. It was installed in the built-in memory. Does it have to be installed in a special way for it to be able to work? Help

I have .NET CF 2.0 installed as well, but in main memory. The directory in Program Files is also empty, but it is installed.

I installed WiFiGraph (cool utility), and it ran perfectly.

Maybe try and reinstall .NET CF into main memory?
