Well, just got my order placed for a refurb x50v with a 256mb SD, an aluminum hardcase and all that shipped to me in 3-5 days for $275!

I'm soooo looking forward to going back to a Dell PDA after my brief stint with a toshiba e805. Lookin forward to getting back on here and usin the x50 once it gets here :)

refurbs are either models that were rejected from the production line for any kind of flaw, and were then fixed before being sold as refurb. OR they can be units returned and repaired, and i've heard a rumor that packaged outlet items, are sometimes cancelled orders that have already been prepped, boxed and then cancelled, rather than re-inventory dell simply sells them as a refurb (just hearsay though).

Congrats on your purchase, I bought an x50mid refurbed and its absolutely perfect and it saved me lots of money, I see no difference in my refurbed x50 and a brand new one but maybe thats just me.
