Loosing Data from SD or CF cards ?

Hi,
I was just wondering after upgrading to AO3 would i loose data or pictures from my SD or CF card also the programms that i have saved in them will loose them too?
What about my Contacts and note pad stuff would'nt it installed itself back again or not

The cards will be left intact - nothing will be changed. But you will still have to reinstall your apps because the operating system will 'forget' they exist after the hard reset which follows the upgrade.
