Having trouble installing the A03 update

Each time I try to install it, after I download the file R98710 to my main computer, and unzip it, when the axim update program tries to run I get an error message, "Caution: The system update file cannot be found. Reinstall the system update program"

I tried Dell support twice. The first time they told me to soft and then hard reset my Axim first. That didn't work.

The second time they had me download teh R98709 file, which did the exact same thing. I would REALLY appreciate some help with this.
