Sprite Backup Restore?!

When u hard reset ur PPC + delete all your stuff in ur BIS (except the backup. exe file from sprite), and when u restore all your stuff from the .exe file in BIS, does it automatically copy back all the stuff into ur BIS? or wht does it do?

It restore The following: My Documents, Email, Personal Databases and System Data including the registry.

When you hard reset the content of BIS is not deleted so restoring is not needed.
