A03 install issue

I have trouble upgrading to A03. I am at A02. ActiveSyn works fine. everything else is OK.

The Problem is that after I click the udpate exe, just nothing happens.

What's wrong?

disable your pop up blockers,antivirus and firewall and try it again.

Make sure you're running the update program from its folder, not from the desktop.

Also, if you have access to other PC's such as a second desktop or laptop you can also try them. I had disabled everything and then killed everything in memory but still couldn't get it to work from my main laptop. Finally, after trying my third computer, everything worked.
