So tell me what is going on. Your recommendation has made a difference on my device, but disabling something that was meant to be used appears to me to be a bug. Does the slowdown come because it is working the cpu harder, then how can that conserve power? Is there really a power saving by using it? If the advantage of battery conservation is a bigger problem (slow connection) then saving power, why ahve it at all? Another bug that needs to be cleaned up in the A04?

I disabled power save (after installing a 4GB microdrive and usually burning up wifi anyway, why not go all the way and race the processor too!) and my x50v seems to zoom, zoom too. Nevertheless my x50v seems to be a bit more "peaceful" under A03 than it did under A02. I'm seeing fewer soft resets and less goofiness. Perhaps that should add that to the whats new.

--Improved speed
--Less Goofiness

Sorry, but where is this powersave mode?

Is it the same one that's in the "Power save mode" & "Maximum performance mode" in the settings.

Its the one under the wireless settings... i think you can click on your wireless icon in the bottom right to get to it.

you want to turn off the kill wlan to save power when battery gets low.
