IP Address

I am looking for an app that will tell me my current IP address.
Something like ipconfig or winipcfg.
Any ideas?

The Odyssey client will tell you, or while you are connected you can go into your network configuration and it will be in there too.

If you REALLY want an application that will do it for your, check vxUtil. Very handy, does that and a lot more. And best of all, it's free.

If you look in the wlan utility it shows it under the advanced tab.

Search for PocketDHCP.

Doesn't the X50 wifi utility do that too though?

The util will show the address, but I can't figure out how to do a "release" and "renew" if I am having problems.

Try ipDashboard or something like that. I loved it. Just couldnt justify paying for it because of its coolness factor.

For me is the best program to manage the network is PocketLAN, but it costs some money. Perhaps for you will be better to use vxUtil. It's free software.
