Where to install programs

I am thinking of doing a hard reset and reinstalling most of my programs to a flash card.
Which programs should I install to the flash card and which ones should stay in the RAM?

1. x50mix
2. AIM
3. Weatherpanel
4. Pocket Plus
5. MemMaid
6. Betaplayer
7. Resco Explorer 2003

Oh and if you have some suggestions for programs, I would love to hear them. I have the X50 mid.
