Activesync Files without .PWL files (Notes)?

Does anyone know how to allow Activesync to synch “Files” without including all the .PWI (PPC “Notes” files)?

I ask because I synch my Axim x50v with my work and my home PCs. The home PC synchs everything but at work I only want “Tasks” and “Files.” My “Notes” include personal info that I want to keep off my work PC. The problem is that synching “Files” automatically includes the .PWI files. Therefore, my “Notes” files find their way onto my work PC. They are not included in Outlook but someone accessing my work PC could open them and see my personal data.
