Question Connecting

I have a problem connecting to my home network. Dell tells me to do a hard reset, then everything is fine. I load my software back on and in couple of days later, I lose my ability to connect again. Is there something I am missing. I also wondered if my voice command software has anything to do with it. To keep my keyboard working right I change the Bluetooth settings under accesibility to all devices. If I don't do that when it goes into sleep mode or the unit is shut off, I have to reload the keyboard drivers to get it to work again. Is that some how connected to my problem?

I'm having the same issue, but I have a Netgear MR314. It doesn't appear to be an issue with my router. Dell has sent me two replacement units and neither work on my home network. I'm still dealing with Dell to find a resolution. Sigh.
