Theme changer?!???

Ok...Why is it that on my Palm Zire71 (don't diss me!! palm is a good device) I can change the default theme to something completely different and cool looking. Yet with the Dell Axim x50 I got, all the "themes" are changing of colors of the bars and backgrounds...I want a complete new look than the dumb windows look... is there any program for the x50 that changes its look like Zlauncher does for Palms??

wisbar advance check MyPDA for a link. I have 2 screen shots of it being used in there. I am not familier with Palm or Zlauncher so forgive me if this isn't what you are looking for...
