Trouble playing videos from sd card

I'm using a card reader to put video files from my pc on to my sd card. When I drag and place the file in my sd card in windows explorer it transfers fine, then when I go to locate it on my axim its not there. I do the same thing with mp3's and everything works out fine (I find the file on the sd card)but with the video it doesnt even show up on the sd card when I check on my axim. I formatted the card also, please help

Is it actually transfering the file, or just a shortcut? I use powerdesk pro and a card reader and have had no problems viewing movies on my sd card after copying them.

You know what it was, Windows media player doesnt play mpg videos, I was just reading up on it. I guess I have to get betaplayer or another program to play video. thanx though

Betaplayer is the way to go, it will use the graphics chip of the x50v and it is free :)
