How do I log-in to a web based accsess point (W-Lan)

Does anyone have any idea on how to do a "automatic" connect to a w-lan wich requires a username and a password ?
I'm trying to set up a system with X50v's for my company.
Everyone have a mombile with BT and GPRS, but they also have accsess to w-lan in most cities/Gas stations/pizza hut's :-)
I would like the x%= to automaticly scan for w-lan ->GPRS->GSM
But the service provider say we have to use a explorer/web type thing to be able to logon.
When I search for w-lan's I do find the correct one, but no gateway without starting PIE, try any page, redirect to a Passwrd/loggin, and then start outlook mail to send recive ! . Puhh :-)
