Can't remove a menu item

I uninstalled Pocket TV from RAM and installed it into ROM. When I click Start there is now a dead link to the app. When I go into Settings -> Menus and try to uncheck the dead link, I get and "Unable to move that item" error. How can I get rid of this?

Try using file explorer to go to Windows/Start Menu, and delete the icon from there.

Open File Explorer and browse to \Windows\Start Menu\
Then you can delete the .LNK manually.
