How to shrink the address bar and tool bar in PIE?

1)How to reduce the size of the address bar and tool bar in pocket IE? I want to maximise screen real estate for viewing pages.

2)How to reduce the size of the bar at the top of the screen?

To do 1), you need third part software. I know SPB pocket plus has an integrated function for PIE to go full screen.

2) The only way I know is to run Oz_VGA, but this makes everything a little smaller.
