x50v acting strangely..

Hi all..
this is my first post here though i've been around for a while since i got my x50v..
I'm facing a strange problem with my axim nowadays..
it was running EXTREMELY slow yesterday.. i checked everything that may have caused this(Ram, applications) but found nothing...
when i did soft reset it took more than 5 minute to boot up..
I decided that there's something really wrong about this.. I did a hard-reset..
well it was also extremely slow.. i had to wait like 2 minutes until i get to the welcome screen.. and then the alignment screen.. when i press on the plus mark in the centre of the screen it will move veryyyyy slow to the corner.. like 6 or 7 seconds..
after a terrible time i get to the today screen.. the speed was normal.. but sometimes it is again slow.. there's no rule.. rarely it will go normal speed then without doing anything it will back to the slowness state..
in the file explorer it will not list built-in storage and it will not see my sd card..
i decided to remove the battery and leave it some time so that the backup battery would drain..
put the battery back after some hours.. the same thing.. but this time the device is getting my sd.. no built-in storage... soft reset is very slow.. on a couple of times when i did soft or hard reset i got a message that there is a problem in memory press * to correct it or press * to cancel..
ofcourse either options would do nothing..
please help.. i don't know what to do...
I'm running the new a03 Rom.. maybe if i reinstall it or downgrade to a02 would help??

I'd try restoring the ROM, and if that still doesn't help then send it in for a replacement. If after a hard reset it's still sluggish then that definantly sounds like a hardware problem to me.
