switch bar

i was just wondering if you can set switch bar that comes with windows mobile as a starting program... i.e. your ppc loads switch bar after soft reset

You sure can. There have actually been a lot of posts about how to do this. It is a good idea to do a search before asking a question.

However, what you do is in the File Explorer copy the \Windows\Switcherbar and paste it in the \Windows\Startup folder as a shortcut. Then, after a reset it will still launch the program.

Or do a search for magic button... It's still free but it's nicer

I use Magic Button, but also PHM Keys, with task switch mapped to one of the hardware buttons. This gives the same functionality as 'Alt-Tab' within Windows, i.e. it rotates between all open apps. This is great for one-handed task switching when you don't want to get your stylus out or stab at one of the icons on the top bar.
