X50V turns on periodically upon cradle

Hi,
My X50V turns on every 3 minutes or so by it self upon cradle.
( power cord is connected too ).
I'm pretty sure it's one of the software on my PPC.
I suspect it's either Informant or SPB Wether Bar.
I found the Wether Bar auto sync option and turned it off.
Problem persist.
I didn't find any auto sync option in the Informant.
Killing ActiveSync on my desktop stop the insanity.

What am I doing wrong here ?

I'm having the same issue, though my Axim turns on even when it's not connected. I just had it sitting on my desk and noticed it come on. Usually it turns itself off but a few days ago my battery was completely drained and I had to hard reset because it came on and didn't turn off.
