Dell refund

I remember somewhere in this forum some guy said it might take about 6 weeks to get refund for the returned unit. My recent experience was that it just took 4 days after the packet was delivered.

Did I miss something?

I've had horrible experince with Dell, and returning products. I have not returned a PDA, but some software we purchased through work, that they double shipped, and double billed us. Actually, they sent me two e-mails to begin with, and I called and told them about it, and still got the software twice. So, I called and got an RMA, and it took literally 4 months for them to finally stop trying to collect for the product. I love my x50v, but I really hate dealing with people over there.

I waited from early March 12 til about mid-May to get a credit, and I was exchanging from a less expensive Axim to a top of the line one. Still, I was treated as if I had done something wrong. I love my Axim, but I will never buy Dell again. My advice to anyone is to use any credit account other than Dell's own so you can at least dispute the charges if you have to.
