Anyvody know if its possible to replace the Dell Splash screen (the one you se at start-up)

hm good ? I would like to change mine also. I would imagine that there must be a place to delete the current screen image and place another one in there and then do a registry tweak to point to the new image. Or its in the rom and it cant be done.
