File transfer keeps failing

I'm trying to move a 200 meg file over via the cradle, i drag the movie into the CF Card folder on "mobile device" and it pops up the transfer window, but then it gets about a 1/4 of the way through and restarts the transfer, this happens over and over. Are there other ways of transfering big files?

Get a card reader, thay are cheap and transfer much faster than doing it through the Axim.

Active sync has a problem moving large files. So I agree with Matt. Get a card reader, they are cheap, reliable and much much faster

What the other two said, get a USB2 reader which will shift files significantly faster than using the cradle.

But also, my recollection when the exact same thing happened to me was that the progress meter looked like it was continually resetting but in fact eventually transferred the file (go figure).

i know you wrote that you were doing this over the usb cradle, but have you tried this over wifi? that might work better for you. i use to do it over wifi but finally gave in and bought a card reader. i was more than overjoyed with the card reader for it's speed and convienance. also all the files kept their dates instead of being "touched"
