Question Resolution Woes - Help Me Understand

I have an x50v A03
I loaded SE_VGA tweak and was amazed at how much more screen i got and how much crisper things became. I also read where some use OZ_VGA as well to better control some things such as scroll bars etc. So i installed that as well. Ran 1.8 se_VGA...
Since all was going well i figured why not install the GAPI tweak as well, so i did....everything seemed o.k. until......

I opened MySportsTraining this morning and found a problem.
The application had been running o.k. it, just displayed about 1/4 the original size, but today it seems like the application has upsized itself bigger than the "application window" provided on the desktop. So to try and be clear the application window shows roughly 1/4 the screen, the information as displayed in the window wants to show like 1/2 the screen, this results in not being able to see everything, and no way to scroll around etc.

I tried un-installing and re-installing application - no luck
I tried turning the GAPI back to default - no luck
I looked at the OZ settings and SE_VGA settings and set them back to QVGA no luck.

I figure i am going to have to hard-set and start from scratch / restore a back-up.

For future knowledge though is there a system font size or something i should check and possibly tweak down to get the app window bigger or the screen under it back smaller? Where might i have gone wrong? I would love to keep my Ax running with SE_VGA and also have MySportsTraining keep rock'in. I know it did work o.k. for a time, and i don't see any real cause and effect as to why the sudden change in application behavior.

I contacted the MySportsTraining techs and they explained they don't support VGA, but then again if "we" asked most companies would have the same answer.

Any advise would be appreciated on getting the non-vga application to work and remain stable under VGA resolutions.
