The only drawback to CompleteCare is that the product has to be shipped back to Dell for repairs and re-testing. Not too bad for a PDA, but can be trouble if you have a laptop as your primary PC (knock on wood :) )
As I recall your iQue died a similar death. Tough luck...
So it sounds like we have a chronic abuser? Maybe we should sign him up for a support group or anger management. Axims just shouldn't be subjected to abuse: physical, emotional or otherwise (and I'll just leave it at otherwise).
They are to be loved, nutured, and cared for!

When I didn't have a coverage plan I busted my PDA(Palms)....since I've had the x50v in it's metal case....3 drops later and it's still perfectly fine. I'm glad I have the complete coverage.

2 yrs ago, i purchased complete care from dell on my notebook, last christmas time, complete care was not longer offered in ny and fl.
too bad, i wanted it, but i wonder why it's not available. weird. I live in ny.
More wows though, first the story of post trauma:
Call was placed around 7 pm last night. It arrived at around 10 this morning from OH (I live in jersey). Brand new unit (not refurb), and a prepaid box to ship back in!!! I was shocked. As stated, completecare is worth it 259% :approve:

Amazed again! You have a great memory...yes, I am a habitual pda absuer, and all manufacturers wanting rough product testing should give me a sample (PM me for details :) ) I've gone through 4 iques (on my 5th):
1- gps antenaa failure (recalled) | Garmin's fault $0
2- Pulled antenna assemlby out when trying to remove ext antenna | Gilsson's/Garmin/My fault (antenna was remade into a 180deg interface due to events like this) $0
3- Cracked screen similar to this | my fault $75
4- In a boat w/ dad and cousin, while i was on jetski. they asked if there were waves out here, and i showed them a big one soaked ique and everything else in boat...couldnt get home :realmad: (on vacation in vegas) | my fault $150(?)
5- Working great - leave it in my car (locked up and hidden) and use it for gps use only
