of where to discharge windows mobile 2003 in Spanish for x50v?

Buy my x50v in ebay and I would like to put the system in Spanish language.
I believe that the only solution is to discharge the corresponding rom.
Of where I can discharge it?

in any order with any combination of these words.

by the way, i know english isnt your first language.

but i think when you say discharge you mean to say updating a ROM.

As in updating my english ROM to a spanish one...
