Retrieving Memory

Hi All I was wondering if anyone here knows where the themes go in SPB pocket Plus..cause I am trying to move them to gain more memory..I only have 1 program in main memory, which is SPB pocket plus yet I still have in storage:
allocated 19.92
in use 13.88
free 6.04
and in Programs:
allocated 41.83
in use 14.95
free 26.88
I have no idea how people have memory in the 30's on both sides..I dont get it..what do I have to do to boost memory..on my screen right now I only have the date and owner info..I dont even have any programs open..Thanks!

you have not just spb in storage...spb use Max 2M

SPB pocket plus is in main memory..I did have battery pack pro and spb diary loaded too in main memory but I removed it..every other program I got is in the CF card..any suggestions as to what I should to to regain some memory..I always have the same problem..I just did a hard reset a few days ago due to update to A03..even before I had the same problem with the memory..I want to improve it
