today screen: calendar
Hi,
I'm a new user of an axim x50. Everything goes well. On my today-screen, calendar icon I see only one appointment on a day while I have more than 1. How can I display all the appointments of 1 day on the today-screen? Do I understand it right that only software as Pocket Breeze allows that or do I have to alter some settings of the axim x50.
Thanks for your help,
Rudi

I'm not sure if it's possible with the today screen... but Pocket Breeze does it very well. There's an 8 day demo version you can try.. and a 50% discount for being an aximsite member.
(there are other 3rd party apps too which you can also try)

I would recommend PocketBreeze - you can get it 50% off if you check the deals section. They give great support and have frequent updates. Try the free demo first.
There is also other free software which you can get from www.pocketpcfreewares.com which will do the job too in the today plugins section. Calendar Plus (Calendar+) I think it is called.
Good luck

Go to Start>Settings>Personal>Today>Items>Calendar>Options. Check the box Upcoming Appointments. Also check the box to display all day events if you want those to show up on the today screen as well. Now you will have at least all of a given day's appointments and sometimes more depending on the time showing up on your today screen.

You can also try "SPB Diary". It's very small.

I used Calender+ for a long time before buying Pocket Breeze. If you want free go w/Calender+. After you install go into the Today Screen Options and change the number of days you want displayed, I think it goes to 7 if not more.

PocketBreeze has more options, more flexibility and plug-ins for other today screens and nicer to view and use. Also supported VGA at the time and some really nice skins. But that was some time ago now and I think the new version of calender+ is much better than it was...
I was also cheaky enough to ask Amit (the developer) for a discount and he said if I get a group of people together I could have 50% off. Hence I started the thread in the deals section which now has 11,000+ views. I think we all won out of it :) He also gives discounts on thier other software when you buy it :):):)
Anyway I am not trying to sell PocketBreeze but you should check it out and SPB Diary using the time limited demos and see what you like best for the $$$.
Happy program trialing.

Sounds like good advice to me.. Try them all. And then let us know what you like (and why) :)
