.NET Compact Framework 1.0 SP3?????

I just downloaded Mobilearn and they recommended that users apply the newest Microsoft update:

After completing installation of your MobiLearn software, we recommend that you install Microsoft?s latest Pocket PC service pack (.NET Compact Framework 1.0 SP3), for best performance. You can download the free service pack from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en.

Anyone with x50v done this?

nop, not yet, didn't realise they'd released it.
The .Net CF 2.0 is due out soon, with loads of enhancements.

Where should it be loaded? Main/BIS/card?

Where should this update reside? Main memory? BIS? storage card?

Main Memory.

I thought .NET CF 1.1 was out? 1.1 is newer than 1.0SP3. 2.0 will be out soon but I don't think we need it and it's bigger than the 1. series. I'm leaving it until WM5.

I just installed Microsoft .NET Compact Framework 1.0 SP3 on the weekend because it was required by another program. So far, no problems.
