Streaming Live TV

I've been trying for 2 days now to get my cable and Direct TV to stream to my x50v with no luck. I have a Sony Vaio desktop with Giga Pocket tuner and I think that's whats holding me back. I have tried ORB and Beyond TV, but apparently they don't work with Giga Pocket. I have also tried Windows Media Encoder and I don't think that's compatible either. Is there anyone out there that has had any luck with streaming live TV with Giga Pocket? Thanks for your help :)

I'd recommend getting an ATI tuner. They're not too expensive, and full-o'-features. :)

I'd stay away from ATI tuners (personally). If you can afford it, the Hauppauge PVR500 is a dual tuner card and works excellently with Beyond TV (which uses Windows Media Encoder to stream).
