Help! A04 Update Trouble

:exc:
Backed up all data with A/Sync and proceeded with upgrade. Installation has been hanging at 96% for at least five minutes and my Axim screen reads "Data received timeout!! Please perform hard reset."
What do I do?
Thanks

Thanks for the quick response...Gonna try that. The thing that scares me is "unboootable state that requires service" warning on the installtion screen. Will post results.

Whew!

Back to normal. I think I'll wait a few days to try the A04 again. I can't afford any more gray hairs right now.

This is why I don't install updates for awhile.I like to wait untill they are tried and tested by people with far more knowledge than I and see if there are any bugs.I already have enough grey hair.

check your version. it asks you to do a hard reset at the end of the update, at least mine has for the last two updates.
