Internet pass through partially working?

I've been having trouble getting to the Internet via my Activesync pass through.
I have Journal Bar installed and that works fine. I get updates, news, weather, etc. Obviously, it's connecting to the Internet.
However, if I try to use PIE, it always tells me the site can't be found. It doesn't matter what site it is (even this one).

So, what am I doing wrong? Is something set wrong on my PIE? Why would Journal Bar work just fine but just typing in the browser never works?

sometimes it works for me... mabey it depends on whether journal bar is working at the same time....

I have tried both ways (with JB working and not) and I can never get a webpage to load.
