Pocket Outlook: Sync and Send/Receive

Hi!

Today I got my new x50v.
Now I have the following question:
1. How can I make Pocket Outlook to Send/Receive all 10 minutes automatically?

2. Can I configure Pocket Outlook to Sync the mails between Desktop Outlook and the folder of my POP3-Account in Pocket Outlook, not the folder "Outlook E-Mail"?

1. In the setup of your mail on the Axim is a setting to check for mail every "X" number of minnutes. This only works if you have an internet connection. So if you are not connected you get an error messages every "X" number of minnutes telling you it can not connect (to check the mail) so this is not really advised.

2. Yes, you have to set them up as two seperate accounts. The "Outlook Email" is the account you use to sync with your desktop outlook. You can adjust the settings in ActiveSync. As for the pop3 you have to create a new account in your Axim messaging with the correct pop3 settings. Then download your mail.

And can I configure ActiveSync to sync this account "POP3-Mail" instead of Outlook E-Mail with my Outlook at the desktop?

Well, Yes and No. In a round about way because you have an internet connection when it is in the cradle you could tell it to check for mail every "X" number of minnutes. This would keep it "in sync". But as I said before it is not really a good option. So a better plan would be to set up your pop3 and then just do the "Send/Receive" when you want it to check for mail.

Another option is to set up your Outlook to get your POP3 mail and then sync it with the Axim using the "outlook mail" and ActiveSync options. This would be better if you just want it to sync at your desk.
