ActiveSync 3.8 stopped syncing, disabled Outlook on desktop
I've been syncing my axim x50v with both my work desktop and my home desktop's Outlook for many, many months now. NOW all of the sudden it will not sync the Calendar, Tasks and Contacts from my axim with my home pc. Every item is now 'unresolved item'. Every single attempt at 'Resolve Conflict' results in 'item cannot be written to Outlook due to error 80004005'.
What's worse is that Outlook has totally been disabled on my home pc. I cannot add a Contact, send a new email or anything really. What the hell is going on?
All attempts to remedy this problem that I could find with google are useless. They all say to find, and then weed out the bad item. Well what if this is happening with every single item!? I can't really afford to delete important meetings on the off chance my machine may or may not work again. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing active sync. I tried soft resetting my axim, nothing works.
