SPB GPRS Monitor??????

I downloaded the trial version of SPB GPRS Monitor to see what my data usage is (I just got a Moto v551 last week).

Everytime I check my email, it shows that I used about 400K of data (that's without downloading any messages). Is it a problem with the software, or does it really use that amount of data just to check if there is anything on the email server??? I've checked my email 4 times today and it shows that I have used 2.5MB of data; yet I haven't downloaded a single message.

There is nothing that I have loaded that would account for this.
Could it be a setting in my mail program??? This morning I checked mail, and it came back with 256Kb used and it never downloaded anything???

The problem is that I can't find out how much I have used until my bill comes in at the end of the month.

You should be able to contact your phone company and ask them what your current usage is. I can even get mine online (not using the cell phone of course ).
