Start Menu Icons Disappear

After I do a soft reset on my X50 some of the icons of programs I've added to my start menu disappear and in their place a default Windows icon appears.

If I go into my start menu, uncheck these programs, and then recheck them their icons reappear. But I seem to have to do this after every soft reset.

Any ideas?
