X50v and webmail

Hi all,
anyone give me a pointer here. I'm trying to use a web mail acc (and I've tried 2 so far) to send a mail with some pic attachment. The problem is the attaching, the page with the attach dialog just won't load !!
I've tried exploer and Netfront 3 and both won't show the page.

I've tried yahoo and freeserve.

Anyone know if this can be done ?

does your webmail service offer pop3 access?

(just a thought, it may be worth a sideways step)

I use Gmail by the way and can pop3 into that (or web into it at a pc)

I've got 2 pop3 acc, ut I'm have a real problem using them over wifi. Also, I'm going to be traveling and using hotel wifi hot spots and while I can get the broswer working the pop email just keeps eroring even at home..

I've got pop3 working through my phone using gprs but I'll have 50 to 80 megs of pic's to mail out and that's ging to cost a LOT !!

I used to get frustrated with the various limitations of using Pocket Internet Explorer (PIE). I now have the full capability of my desktop PC on my PPC from anywhere that I have a cellphone signal (or wifi). Check out z2 Remote2PC (http://www.z2software.com/index.html) It's a one-time charge of $36.00 and no dependence on a third-party server. No monthly fees, etc. I've tried others such as the free www.logmein.com but don't like how it screws up my home desktop display settings. Plus, with logmein.com, you are dependent upon a third-party server. With z2 Remote2PC, you're connecting straight to your home PC.

Anyhow, when you use something like a remote to PC application, you are basically sitting in front of your desktop from anywhere and can do anything without limitations that you have with PIE. It used to irk me that I could not log into my Capital One account from PIE, but now I just use z2 Remote2PC.

I have no financial connections or interest with z2 but just want everyone to know that they can be free of BS from PIE.

See if this works. http://www.pocketgear.com/software_detail.asp?id=16879

If not, just go to pocketgear.com and search for z2.
