You need to get as close to
5.4V DC Output as you can get.
Keep in mind that
OVER that
voltage is
NOT a good thing.
The mili-amp Output of the Dell Adapter is 2410MaH. You need to get
up as close to that as you can.
.....it is safe to go
over that
MaH amount, by any factor.
The charging circuit will only draw what it
needs from that level.
Anything over 2410MaH amount will cause no harm.
(OK, I wouldn't try something like 14bagillionMaH).
Anything
below 2410Mah, will only cause the charging to take longer.
