There is no way to use your axim to control a monitor. It lacks a video processor to do so. But there may be a way that some third party software can pull your axim screen to your computer. I don't know of any, but someone here might.
hmmm fly presenter looks cool and with that i can connect to my tv, then get a bt mouse and keyboard and use that as a computer. do you know how fast it would be? and from the pictures it doesnt look like it enlarges the screen

That utility gives you a huge virtual desktop on your PC screen via the sync cable. I've used it and it's nice, but costs $.
On the other hand, you can use the Micro$oft 'free' remote display utilty. I forget the name but someone here can probably tell you what it is.
