Screen Freeze

I have just purchased a X50 - I Sync everything fine with my home PC which is running XP and Outlook 2003. As soon as I Sync at work (Ooutlook 2003/Exchange 2003) with the Calendar option chosen I do not get any response from the Axim screen. I have tried soft re-boots without any success. Am I destined to not be able to sync my Calendar?

Is the Enable Sync with Server option checked in Activesync? That may resolve the problem. Tools, Options..... and the check box at the foot of the first tab.

Have tried this - and get the occasional synch error now, and cannot access any of my appointments on the PDA, or create new ones while I am on the road.
