Is there a hack to force 240x320 program to run at 480x640?

I am running true VGA all the time, the game Fish tycoon only runs at 240x320 so it only shows in about 1/4 the screen, is there any way to force it to display 480x640? Can't you force double pixelation on a true VGA environment like you can force non double pixelation on a double pixelation enviroment? or does it not go both ways?

I think this is meant to use in 'non true vga' modes though... but it forces app's of your choice to run at true vga

You can try the Force High Resolution program but note that there is a bug in it:

I guess Jizzminster meant the other way round - in true vga mode, force the non-vga compliant apps to fill the whole vga resolution screen. I have the same question.
