outlook 2003 synchs wrong times

I am using new x50v w/win ce 5.0 and activesynch 3.7. No problem synching but when I transferred the calendar from outlook 2003 to the x50v, the times were off by one hour (all were +1 hr. Both the computer and x50v are set for time zone 5 and the clocks on the computer and x50v show the same time. Any ideas. Thanks.

This definitely a time zone problem. I assume you mean GMT -5 when you say zone 5. If so, is one Eastern and the other Indiana? Indiana (parts of it) doesn't observe daylight savings.

Yes, I certain that you are correct. I looked at my settings and found that the region setting on my desktop does not have a check mark selecting "automatically adjust for daylight savings" while I did select that option on the x50v. That may be it !! I changed the desktop and will enter more data to check.
