Cradle sees x50 ActiveSync doesn't

I have been trying to figure a mjor problem with our x50s. For the longest time, they have been connecting just fine with ActiveSync and have had no problems. Just recently ActiveSync has started to not recognize the PDA's. Dell told us to upgrade to A03. Before A03, we could do a hard reset in the cradle and it would work for a couple weeks. After A03, it does not work at all.

We have shutdown firewalls to test if that was blocking it, but it wasn't. Any thoughts, ideas, suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.
